Back Pain Clinic:

The human back is composed of a complex structure of muscles, ligaments, tendons, discs, and bones, which work together to support the body and enable us to move around. The segments of the spine are cushioned with cartilage-like pads called discs. Problems with any of these components can lead to back pain.

Back pain can have adverse effects on quality of your life and at times it may prevent you from performing everyday activities. It can occur due to injury, various activities e.g. physically demanding sports and heavy lifting, as well as some medical conditions. If the pain is left untreated, it can become more severe over time and have serious effects on your overall health.

At Al Sharq Hospital, the back clinic has variety of treatments for our patients. Our radiological services comprising of an X-ray, MRI, or CT scan can give information about the state of the soft tissues in the back, which will help us as how to proceed in relieving you from the back pain.
